A casual kinship where you’re always in good company, where everyone says hello as soon as you log in, where you can relax while exploring Middle Earth. We don’t recruit, we make friends!
- We placed our kin house in the most convenient low-level area available, and decked it out with all possible facilities for you to use as your base of operations.
- With officers from the Americas and Australia looking after all timezones, you’ll have friends from all over the world.
- A kin-exclusive fast-travel network to help you travel across Middle Earth.
- We have a neighbourhood in every homestead where we own the majority of the kin houses and desirable addresses. Be neighbours with your kinmates wherever you choose to live!
- We have our very own wiki to house all the tutorials and guides that we wrote for each other.
- 20 free LOTRO points for every character!
- Are you welcoming new friends?
Of course! As of July 2026 we still have plenty of seats at the table. The more the merrier.
- I’m a new player and…
Welcome to LOTRO! We’d be happy to help you get your bearings. In fact, this wiki began as an archive of tips and mini-guides that we had written for our new players.
- Are you a well-established kinship?
We’re one of the larger kinships on Glamdring, well-known and well regarded. Most of our new members come from word-of-mouth.
- Help! I can’t complete this dungeon solo!
That’s what kinships are for - to help each other out! Note that we’re a casual kin, so don’t expect non-stop raiding.
- Do you accept players who are LGBTQ+, left/right leaning, from country X or religion Y?
Welcome friend!
